2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 8fat Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8fat strictly prohibits access by any individual under 21 years old. 21+
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 8fat or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 8fat Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any national problem gambling self-exclusion registry applicable to online gaming in your jurisdiction.

8fat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 8fat may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 8fat Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number;
• Keep your registration information current and promptly update it in the event of any changes;
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain its confidentiality;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party;
• Notify 8fat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

8fat will conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements. You expressly consent to these procedures as a condition of account registration and continued use.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions on the 8fat Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and Cryptocurrency, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 8fat wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 8fat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change without notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must be fully verified via KYC before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit funds into your account, or to methods that have been verified as belonging to you;
• 8fat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. eWallet withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business days;
• 8fat reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is any suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8fat may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise specified;
• 8fat reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to exploit promotional terms through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, recovery of bonus-derived winnings, and potential account suspension;
• Specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each offer are detailed at the point of promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 8fat Platform are governed by specific game rules available within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall prevail in respect of account management, payments, and conduct.

8fat uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all electronic games and verified physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) for live dealer games. All gaming systems are subject to periodic independent auditing by certified testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is published within the respective game interface.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a wager, 8fat reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. Decisions made by 8fat in such circumstances are final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8fat Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing errors to place wagers at incorrect odds or values — such wagers will be voided and may trigger account review;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time;
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.

8fat reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate against players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8fat Platform — including but not limited to the 8fat brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, and databases — is the intellectual property of 8fat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 8fat.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 8fat provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• 8fat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• 8fat shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party service failures, including payment processor outages, internet service provider disruptions, or force majeure events;
• In no event shall 8fat's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8fat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

10. Responsible Gaming

8fat is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform incorporates a range of responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

11. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 8fat Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

8fat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, 8fat will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8fat holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be submitted to 8fat's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact the 8fat support team via the in-platform live chat to initiate a formal complaint. 8fat will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by 8fat's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
